"Recognizing that violence, which I was accustomed to, was prohibited by the curriculum, I had to gradually change my methods and learn alternative approaches to discipline. As a result, I learned valuable lessons on how to better handle situations, gradually transitioning from being rude to students to adopting more positive and constructive approaches in the classroom.
